Originally from Newark, Ohio, Fred has lived and been selling real estate in the Frederick County, Maryland, area for the past 20 years. He has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation (held by less than 20 percent of realtors nationwide). He also holds the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and GRI (Graduate of Realtor’s Institute).

Fred specializes in residential real estate and particularly enjoys working with families who live locally or are relocating. He enjoys assisting them in finding the right home, community, and schools to fit their family’s needs.
