owned by Cecilia and Mike Bach, who fell in love with the Frederick area the first day
they arrived in 1974! By successfully starting their own business, Cecilia and Mike were
able to leave their teaching and engineering careers behind them knowing that there would
be no more corporate transfers for Mike, especially because no place in all their travels
captured them the way Frederick did! Committed to the Frederick community, Cecilia and
Mike are respected leaders in the community. Their service on numerous boards and
financial contributions to local organizations and educational institutions have
helped to make Frederick County a better place for everyone to enjoy. Our personal
