I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent effort you put forth resulting in the sale of my property. Your knowledge of the Frederick real estate market in conjunction with the changing financial market provided me with the high level of confidence which is necessary for a good business relationship. Above all, your marketing efforts provided the driving force that enticed the many showings of my property. Your written feed back of viewer comments, status updates of other neighborhood properties being sold, and your suggestions for minor fixes to enhance viewings were critical factors to the sale.

Two qualities that impressed me most were your attention to detail and the immediacy of your actions. The most impressive being the action you took in the morning on the day of settlement. I had received a copy of the financial settlement information and noticed that the portion of real estate taxes that should be refunded to me were on hold. Settlement date was early in the county’s tax year and the settlement attorney claimed that the county had not recorded my payment, hence the hold. Without hesitation you researched the situation, found that the county did in f act have record of my payment, informed the settlement attorney and corrected the situation. That afternoon my settlement check included the taxes I had prepaid.

In 1978 you assisted me in purchasing this same property when I moved into Frederick from out of state. Your knowledge of the real estate market and the attention you gave to me during that purchase is the prime reason I retained your services again in 1997. I was not disappointed! The professionalism you demonstrated in both transactions was outstanding and you should be proud of the integrity of your work.
