In the course of selling a property, Bach & Associates will find a qualified renter to help offset costs. We will advertise your property and schedule all showings. Our tenant application process includes a review of credit reports, personal and professional references and current employment. We’ll share our findings with you and assist in the selection of a tenant. Our fee for this service is equivalent to a single month’s rent.
Rental and Property Management
Bach & Associates will perform all the tasks that appear above as well as manage the rental property. Our services include rent collection, the monitoring and supervision of all maintenance issues, and the navigation of any legal actions toward tenants for non-payment. You will receive a rent check from Bach & Associates on approximately the 8th of each month. All maintenance expenses are deducted from the monthly check. A fee of 1/2 month’s rent to secure the tenant, followed by 8% of each months rent for management fees.
