Barbara Swanhart

Licensed since 2001, Barbara has been affiliated exclusively with Bach & Associates. Her personal service, creative marketing and extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market is what she provides each and every one of her clients. Through hard work and dedication she has helped hundreds of families buy and sell real estate and earn Top Producer honors at Bach & Associates.

After living in Frederick for 20 years, Barbara now lives in Boonsboro, MD. She enjoys getting involved in the community, is a member of the Lions Club, and volunteers with Volunteer Frederick for special events. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Frederick County Tourism Council.

Barbara received her B.S. degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University. Prior to her real estate career she was Director of Marketing for several large shopping malls and also worked in the non-profit sector.
