| Cecilia Bach Dear Ms. Bach: I really would like you to know what an enjoyable
experience it was to have bought a home from your agent, Bob Sherman. Mr. Sherman showed
me the homes I wanted to look at and it turned out the first one I saw was the one I fell
in love with. Luckily for me, Danny felt the same about the home as did I, so we bought
it. Danny O’Brien and I went to settlement last Friday and even that was painless for
us. I have bought three homes in the past and we did not receive the attention, care and

we have been with Bob Sherman. Over a very short time, Bob has assisted us in locating an
older home, and listing our current home. We even went as far as writing contracts for
both last night. Unfortunately, for the time being, we have decided to stop all home
buying/selling activities until a later time. Bob has spent several hours with us (and our
youngest daughter), and has driven many miles to assist in this "activity". We
feel all the time has been well spent - on our side, but am not sure Bob feels the same.
